This album was recorded in two and a half weeks in May of 2009 in a room in Tristan's house. We recorded everything by ourselves with the use of only 3 microphones. We're very proud of how it turned out.

Track 6, "Remarks," was played on WXRT's Local Anesthetic, a Chicago radio program hosted by Richard Milne.

Ilse Miller contributes guest vocals on Tracks 5, 7, and 8.

All mixing and editing was done by Gehring.
